Refund policy

At Second Layer, all items are pre-loved and one-of-a-kind. We describe each item's condition as accurately as possible, including any wear, marks, or imperfections.

Returns: We accept returns within 14 daysof delivery, provided the item is returned in the same condition as received. Items must be unworn and with all original tags/packaging where applicable.

Condition disputes: If an item arrives significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right — either a full refund or exchange.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
